While the Diocesan "common app" allows parents to select multiple schools for consideration, please note that a separate fee must be paid to each of the specific schools selected.

Process Overview: Our application system guides you step-by-step through the application process. To begin, you will complete an online application form. Once submitted, you will have an account and application checklist that references the additional supporting documents needed in order to complete your application file. The checklist will instruct you to directly upload items, request them from your current school, email the St. Anthony of Padua Office etc. Please note that your application is considered complete and ready for review once all relevant supporting documents are provided.

A $100 application fee (non-reimbursable) is required for each new student application. Please note that an application will not be considered until the application fee has been paid.

Once the student has been accepted, parents must pay a non-reimbursable Registration Fee of $400 per student in order to secure their spot in the class.​​​​​​​

The Catholic Discount is available to Catholic Families for the school year. In order to qualify for the discount families need to show our school office a Parish donation envelope addressed to your family / show the Faith Direct transactions that you make to your parish. ​​
Tuition Assistance
Catholic families living in the Diocese of Arlington with students registered in grades K-8 for the 2025-2026 school year are eligible to apply for tuition assistance.

Diocesan tuition assistance is not applicable to Preschool attendance

*VIRGINIA SCHOOL ENTRANCE HEALTH FORM
The Virginia School Entrance Health Form is required for all new students. This form must have been completed no longer than one year prior to your child’s first day of school at St. Anthony of Padua. For the safety of the rest of our students and faculty, students without complete medical records must be excluded from school until records are completed.

**STUDENT RELEASE OF RECORDS AND EVALUATION FORM FOR K - 8 APPLICANTS​
Download this form to submit to the student’s current school to release all school records, as well as allowing the previous school to give us an evaluation of your student. Parents must complete the top part of the form and sign it before giving it to the student’s current school.
St. Anthony of Padua School has rolling admissions. You may apply at any time during the school year.
